One profile

Look a profile up by its ID, or by profile type and reference value:

refKey is the entity’s reference value, such as the customer ID. computedMetrics returns the metrics you configured on the profile type, and deliveryHealth the health breakdown. range is 7d (the default), 30d or 90d.

Profiles of one type

search matches the name or reference value, ignoring case.

A profile’s threads

Also accepts startedAfter, startedBefore and offset.

Profile types

type is the list of reference keys the profile type groups by, such as ["customer_id"].
